Wanted to show my friends who've never been to Alaska where the sun is at 12:30 in the afternoon on a clear January day.

Standing on the back porch. Usually don't like to go any farther as that would require shoes and coat. LOL Don't you see the sun peeking out from the top of the building? Right there...there.....between Emma's 'snow leaves.' That's as high as it gets my friends.
Just in case you don't believe me, and think it's just a cloudy day, I turned to my right. Where the tops of the trees were catching the sun.

Maybe I'll do it this on the same day each month and see the difference by June.
